Non-PASS Bonus Survey [Updated 8-19-2008]

AFGE has heard from TSOs across the country and uncovered data at several airports suggesting that managers are receiving a disproportionate amount of non-PASS bonuses equaling hundreds of thousands of dollars, while TSOs are coming away with substantially less--if anything at all. AFGE is conducting an investigation into the situation. Please help us by taking this updated short survey. For more information, contact AFGE's TSA hotline at 1-866-392-6832 or via email at tsahotline@afge.org.

As the only union to represent TSA employees since the agency's inception, AFGE is widely recognized as THE TSA union.

With multiple full-time TSA-dedicated attorneys on staff, AFGE is the only union to offer to its members FREE legal assistance. AFGE has taken on--and beaten--TSA in the courts, before the International Labor Organization and with the Federal Labor Relations Authority over issues including collective bargaining rights, fair personnel systems, merit-based pay and promotion policies, and regular and reasonable work schedules.
